Shaan Geo – Once a software engineer, now widely known for his incredible journey as a content creator and digital marketing consultant.
He completed his Master’s Degree in Software Engineering in 2005 and started his career in Bangalore. He worked in some of the leading software companies for three years. Then he moved to Kerala and became an Assistant Professor in an engineering college. He taught there for another three years.
In 2011, he came back to the software industry and joined a company in Infopark, Kerala. That’s also when he started a food blog called www.tastycircle.com, because of his love for food. The blog became a hit among food lovers, and it really captured the heart of Kerala’s traditional cooking.
In 2014, he started his own software company in Infopark. Gradually, he expanded into digital marketing, helping businesses grow their presence online. Over time, he established himself as a Digital Marketing Consultant, guiding brands with strategies that connect content, creativity, and analytics.
Then in 2020, during the COVID lockdown, he started his YouTube journey. He launched a food recipe channel under his own name – “Shaan Geo.” That one step changed everything. His recipes were short, clear, and easy to follow – and people loved them. His channel grew fast, and now it has more than 3 million followers.
In 2023, he took another step forward and started sharing travel stories through his second channel – “Shaan Geo Stories.” He began travelling internationally and showing food and places from around the world.
That same year, he was honored with the UAE Golden Visa, and in 2024, he moved to Dubai. After moving to Dubai, he started two new channels with another popular creator in the UAE – “Namaskaram Dubai” and “Hello Dubai.”
Now, Shaan continues to do what he loves – creating videos, exploring food and places, consulting brands in Dubai on digital marketing, and sharing his journey with everyone.
